Slow progress is still progress..
I was an unhealthy, fat and sickly person. I was diagnosed with CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease). I suffered from an intense series of Dry Eyes and Chronic Pains. I am anxious, stressed and unhappy.
I was 80 kg young fat professional with very low self-esteem and was easily become target of nasty jokes.
Then one day, I decided to lose weight and lift weights. That particular decision changed my life. I was able to remove my anxiety and started to boost my confidence.
Now, I reached a milestone in my fitness journey. I reached the lowest weight ever! My goal is to reach 55 kg before bulking (the process of gaining weight thus gaining muscle too). I maybe not in my ideal physique now but I know I am fit and healthy more than ever!
I really hope that one day, I’ll be flexing my body with shirts off LOL ?
Anyways, let me just list here what I did to lose weight.
Caloric Deficit is basically limiting your calorie intake. If your ideal calorie intake is 2500, then make it 2000 or 1800. Mine was 1800.
Hitting the gym 3x a week for 1 hour
3x a week maybe few, but I tried to follow the “minimalist fitness” concept. Plus, it saves time ?
Egg, Egg and Egg
Eating 200 grams of egg as my breakfast every morning with whey protein helps a lot ?
